Return & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened baby products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that are used, opened, damaged, or not in original packaging are not eligible for return. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order and provide you order details.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
